Voorbeeld: Verklaring van geen bevoegdheidsbeperkingen (Declaration of no limitations of jurisdiction)

Dit is een bewijs dat er in het buitenland geen bevoegdheidsbeperkingen tegen u van kracht zijn. Dit bewijs wordt in sommige landen ook wel een Certificate of Current Professional Status, Letter of Good Standing, Attest of een (Unbedenklichkeits)bescheinigung genoemd.
Deze verklaring moet de volgende gegevens bevatten: volledige naam, geboortedatum en de inschrijfdatum in het register. Verder moet uit dit document blijken dat er geen bevoegdheidsbeperkingen van kracht zijn en dat het beroep zelfstandig mag worden uitgevoerd. Daarnaast bevat het document een stempel en paraaf van de bevoegde autoriteit van het land, of is het document digitaal gewaarmerkt. Dit document is alleen geldig als de handtekening afkomstig is van een bevoegd persoon binnen de uitgevende instantie en het document niet is gewijzigd sinds de handtekening is toegepast. Dit is zichtbaar in de blauwe balk en in de validatiestatus.

This document proves that there are no jurisdictional restrictions against you abroad. In some countries this document is also called a Certificate of Current Professional Status, Letter of Good Standing, Attest or a (Unbedenklichkeits)bescheinigung.
This declaration must contain the following information: full name, date of birth and the date of registration in the register. Furthermore, this document must show that there are no limitations of jurisdiction and that the profession may be carried out independently. In addition, the document contains a stamp and initials from the competent authority of the country in question, or the document is digitally certified. For this document to be valid, the signature must be from an authorized person within the issuing agency and the document must not have been modified since the signature was applied. This is visible in the blue bar and in the validation status.
